It might make sense to say "too polite". I can see the royal family being very reluctant to appear rude or boorish, and they probably have to tolerate people they would rather avoid.
But "honorable" is such a poor word choice. Makes me think that it wasn't honor and it wasn't politeness. I think it was just very poor judgment by some upper class twit.

The British monarchy have always been an inbred, sexually perverted bunch. Their history is replete with it.
Prince Andrew is a poster boy for demonstrating the results of inbreeding among the monarchies of Europe for centuries. He is also a prime example of why the royals made sure that the crowns were inherited and not earned. Prince Charles isn’t any smarter than his brother yet he will be the next king of England. So glad God inspired our founding fathers to avoid this insanity.

I forget who it was, but it did make me look closer at Swillwell at the time and he does exhibit some of the after-effects of Bell's Palsey, which I'm familiar with, having a very close friend once afflicted with it.
One side of his face is not in sync with the other side and his thought processes are not in sync with what he wants/tries to say, especially when he is excited or under stress.
I wouldn't wish it on anyone other than him...or perhaps Schiffty...maybe Peloosely...Schumer, maybe?
