The entire premise of the article is absolutely ridiculous. Between monstrous income inequality between classes/genders, with 98% of the population working manual labor together on farms, to the lack of undergarments that essentially revealed everything underneath, to uni-sex outhouses and common wash areas, to farm animals, dogs and other domestic animals having sex anywhere/anytime, older societies were incredibly sexualized. If you'd like a reminder, go ahead and (re) Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. There isn't one story that isn't about cuckholding, cheating, raping, tricking, etc. in the entire volume.
