If was in organized crime (i’m not just because I’m Italian!!!:), I would set this up as new money making opportunity.

I would tell people what is WORTH stealing that is under the $$ amount that would involve a criminal penalty.

I would tell them I’ll pay them more than they’ll get elsewhere for the stolen goods.

And that if they did sell them to someone else their parents would be finding parts of them all over sunny CA :)

The coastal states have gone even more insane. Here in New York they did away with bail, even for robbery. So imagine getting mugged and the mugger gets busted and the next day there he is out on the street mugging you again because he was released with no bail. Why? Because bail is RACIST!

Just as water poured into a hole in the ground fills every nook and cranny, organized crime will take advantage of every little profit opportunity in the marketplace.

Folks who are good at eBay will immediately start fencing these goods and organized crime will move in to keep the law at bay, offer territory protection, and to "organize" the operations to maximum "illegal" efficiency.

Goods that are not eBay worthy (i.e., can command a higher price or sell with lower trade fees or less hassle) will be resold at yard sales and farmers' markets.

While this legal change may seem like chaos waiting to happen, it is actually a law that permits the smooth redistribution of wealth by Obama's sons.

Companies selling in CA will look upon this as a cost of doing business and will price their goods accordingly or stay out of CA.

As an aside, the thieves still have to get past security. That is another pressure point where organized crime will have influence. They will pay security guards to turn a blind eye to their thieves and to focus on freelancers (i.e., non-mafia operators).

And what is behind this shoplifting is the victim-entitlement mentality which goes way back to the Garden of Eden. In which the devil craftily works to use man's sense of justice to bring her to believe that what belongs to God should belong to her ("share the wealth"), and that God is selfishly and unjustly keeping it back from her.

And that the penalty for it is unjust and a bluff. And therefore disobedience is justified in order to obtain what is rightfully hers. Same premise as the "Occupy Movement."

And that rather than receiving such being by those of humble hearts and as an act of grace - which fosters gratitude and motivation to betterment - instead having what others earned is considered a right by "victims, which fosters demands for more.

The lie is that rather than benefits belonging to those who are morally worthy, and who can choose to share such out of mercy and grace, instead, no one has a right to benefits you are envious of, except those who possesses certain non-mora aspects as skin color.

Which racism is essentially what we see in the devil presuming to occupy the throne of God, not on the basis of reward for obedience or of grace, but evidently, like liberals, because he saw himself as inherently worthy of greater unearned power.

All of which rebellion God allows as revelatory, and providing the alternative to obedience for man to chose btwn. Sadly the nation is increasingly choosing proxy servants of the devil. Whose end is not good:

As a potential juror, I’ve adjusted my thinking. I will go into any criminal trial as a NOT guilty for any criminal charged with ANY crime perpetrated against a democrat politician or their family. I will still be a stickler against those who attack normal citizens.
