It was listed for something like 14.5 million, but actually sold for around $11.5 million. 20+ acres on the shore. No mortgage. You can look it up yourself, either in the deed registry of Zillow. 79 Turkeyland Cove Road, Edgarton, Massachusetts.
My mistake, but my point was that how does a POTUS make enough money at $500k/year (x8 years) make enough money to purchase several homes (Chicago, Massachusetts) worth millions with cash?
