I used to think the crooked pols were carving out the standard vig or points you see taken off the top of a bookie or mafia deal.

But the more we see unfold from ukraine, china, grants & NGO deals I’m now thinking the dirty pols are cutting themselves in for 50/50 splits.

On the phony grants like hildabeasr $6bb MIA from her “contractors fund”, the $100mm for mike obamma’s millennium fund for muslim girls, or the disappearing USAID grants in the Uke the take may be 80/20 since the source was just US taxpayer funds with no strings attached???
