Besides you need vitamin K2 or you will get heart attacks and strokes. K2 comes from fermentation. When you eat animals or their products such as milk that have been eating greens like grass you get K2. If you don't eat animals eating grass or such you have to eat fermented foods high in K2.

My fad diet mother used to preach non stop to my grandfather who had bacon and eggs every breakfast. He made it to 98 and was still riding a motorcycle at 93. She’s 89 now and a wreck.
