The only impact the GAO should be having on any of this is whether or not they write the check to pay for it all. That is their only purpose in Washington. If there are any attorneys among all of these accountants, they are only there to keep themselves out of trouble.
With all the perks and bennies of being a Fed.gov employee..why is there any need for a union other than to ensure these employees toe the Democrat -socialist line?
