Is Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer not well?
An eagle-eyed viewer spotted Schumer walking into the Senate chamber as Majority Leader Mitch McConnell speaking.
Schumer appeared to look down at his empty chair, and motion for a “person” to move.

Sen. Patty Murray, seated directly behind Schumer, didn’t seem to react, suggesting he wasn’t speaking to her.
Sen. Diane Feinstein, sitting next to Murray, looked at Murray confusingly.
Schumer plopped into the chair and slouched down.

no i think probably he said something to that woman directly behind his chair- he tilts his head down when he talks to people because of his 1/2 glasses- so it looked like he was talking to the chair-
