Of reported cases the mortality is 3%+.
He must be reporting an assumption on the number infected.
Or a deliberate falsehood.
He forgot to multiply by 100 for a percentage...
If the mortality rate is only 3% then that means a 97% survival rate and nothing to be concerned with correct?
