Some/many individual women can do just as well as men in roles that were traditionally male, but many women are orientated to being mothers and that is profoundly different to being in almost any workplace. Mothers’ needs are being actively disparaged and swept away as demeaning to women. It is a self destructing society we are building. The birthrate is now below replacement and will drop at an increasing rate as more and more women strive to be men. See the Japanese progression.
