“not a jousting partner for Rachel Maddow”

So true. Many of the folks out here in the hinterland want to see something done in terms of accountability. Tangible results. At this point the POTUS getting into pissing contests with other twits does no good.

Exactly. Barr is worthless and Durhams “investigation” is just a smokescreen.

Stop wishing for the impossible. The Deep State™ will never ever clean up itself.

The answer is secession but all of the state-ist thugs call me "unAmerican" for saying it.

I agree. President needs to stop commenting about the cases. The statement by this Judge will set a precedent going forward that others will site as an excuse not to be charged.

McCabe was almost crying saying Oh wow, what my family has been through for two years. Tough. What about Flynn’s family, Stone who has a wife that is deaf, what about the President’s family who has been hounded for 3 years due to McCabe.

The President and his team are doing a superb job IMHO.

This is no ordinary criminal case and the President is taking on all the Democrats, lot of Republicans, over half of the FBI,DOJ, CIA and and Dept if State, a number of billionaires and trans national interests , and along many foreign leaders and intelligence agencies

In an election year where they all are trying to oust the President

Trump has a very good plan and he is winning.

As the President says, lets see what happens

It appears the only way to get FedGov™’s complete attention is to start lobbing artillery into one of their installations.

The AG works for the President. Not the other way around. If he wants to tweet, then tweet away.

Exactly. I like Trump, but the rules of the game change when legal jeopardy attaches and he’s President. He’s not a stupid guy, so if he doesn’t get his Twitter act together before Durham reports, then I’m left to conclude his interference is most likely intentional.

The one thing I find that may nail some of these clowns is the fact that Dunham’s case is in Connecticut and the other US Atty is in Missouri. As happened with Greg Craig, it makes no sense to bring a case in DC, full of government employees and where Trump got 4 percent of the vote. You will have jury nullification, a jury of s-heads that doesn’t give a damn about the law or who violated it.

Maybe McCabe gave out information corroborating leads the DOJ hsd already fleshed out. I feel the ultimate goal would be the removal of the Clinton governMENTAL grift machine and its hangers on.

Let’s be real. All of these deep state, soulless bureaucrats who live in DC all have pictures of one another at the same beastiality orgy. They won’t turn on anyone in their sick circle, Repubs or Dems.

>> unfairly branded a liar <<

Life is so unfair. McCabe apologized AFTER he was busted. He should get a full pension and not have his life ruined like Roger Stone and General Flynn. /S

Andrew McCabe said he lied to FBI about Wall Street Journal leak

If the judiciary is so weak that they cannot judge a case based on facts, then we are in deeper trouble than I thought. And that ain’t the President’s fault no matter how much he tweets.

Tom Fitton says Durham is doing nothing, by the way.

The Washington Post also reported – based entirely on anonymous sources, of course – that DOJ lawyers mad their decision not to pursue McCabe after a federal judge who would have heard the case told them that he believed the case had been damaged by all of the President’s commentary on it.

That's nonsense. So, we have a federal judge discouraging prosecutors when none of the evidence has even been formally presented for consideration? No amount of evidence would be more important than the president's comments?

The evidence concerning McCabe is in testimony before Congress and public statements made in his official capacity. If it can be shown that his statements didn't square with the facts, nothing the president said changes anything at all.

Obviously, an Obama appointee.

The judge is a Bush appointee. Regardless, the DOJ may have decided not to pursue charges against McCabe in Washington DC because there is no way that a "swamp-jury" would convict him no matter how compelling the evidence, and that an acquittal would make McCabe a martyr.
