On Tuesday Roger Stone and his lawyers appeared in court to request a new trial after it was revealed the lead juror was biased and posted tweets attacking Trump and Roger Stone.
Stone’s lawyers asked for a new trial after it was revealed jury forewoman Tomeka Hart lied to the Court during her testimony when she claimed she didn’t really know who Roger Stone was.
During the proceedings today demon Judge Amy Berman Jackson complained about critical media reports on her outrageous conduct in the courtroom -- singling out popular FoxNews conservative Tucker Carlson for criticism.
Tonight Tucker Carlson called on the corrupt Amy Berman Jackson to be impeached.
Tucker Carlson: “She should be impeached. She’s corrupt. She’s out of control.”
And then, with the help of Judge Jeannine Pirro, Tucker laid out a damning case for why exactly Jackson should be yanked from the bench.

Attacking journalists who are not part of the case before her constitutes improper judicial conduct.
Positively scary that these people hold such power over peoples lives as corrupt as they are. Yes, she should be impeached.

Instead of balance of power between the three branches of government, we have been giving the final say to individual tyrants in the Judicial branch.
Overreaching judges must be impeached. That is the check required to maintain the balance of power. Impeachment of judges should not be rare.

It defies probability that she ends up with all the cases they have an interest in.
Somehow they are gaming the supposedly random judge selection process. Wouldnt be surprised to find out they have her and her cutouts in the trial scheduling bureaucracy playing games.
Her sentences are draconian in only one direction: Republicans accused of political crimes.

Now the spotlight is on her and she’s reacting like a cornered rat. There’s probably more to this: backchannel communications with DNC operatives, coordinated action to drag the targets in front of her, maybe even jury pool selection games: how is it that Tomeka Hart a) was called for jury duty in this case, b) got through Voir Dire unscathed, and c) ends up the Jury Forewoman!
Defies any notion of random selection and filtering. Woman was put there.

She shouldn’t just be impeached. She needs to be investigated and prosecuted. There’s a lot more there.

Agree. Article III, section 1 of the Constitution:
"The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior . . ."

Worth repeating.
She uses her courtroom to spew her own biased propaganda, yet issued a gag order on everyone else a year ago in the Roger Stone case.
I would like to see the Republicans controlling the House beginning next January impeach her for malfeasance in office, and then have the Senate remove her (the latter won’t happen, as the R’s won’t have 67 seats, let alone 67 solid votes). It might serve as a warning to judges like this biased, uber-political, bitch.
Leave her be, just cut her pay in half. They are appointed for life, but pay is not guaranteed. Easiest way to get ride of these assholes, starve them to quit.
