Pretty sure she could solve the California homeless crisis all by herself
Back when I was in graduate school, I successfully defended a master's thesis proving that there was, indeed, a supply curve for poverty. It wasn't an easy defense, but I had the data and correctly applied the principles of economics.
The professors had to give me the degree even though they made it clear that they didn't think my thesis was very nice. Since then, far better books have been written on the topic, but back in 1988, it was still a novel concept.
