CNN, MSNBC Analysts: Fox, Trump Should Face Charges Like ‘Homicide’ for Coronavirus Rhetoric

Between Monday night and early Tuesday morning, CNN political commentator Joe Lockhart and MSNBC/NBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner rhetorically molded and mounted on their heads matching tin-foil hats, insisting that the Fox News Channel and President Donald Trump should face “criminal” and “serious liability” for misinforming the public on the deadly nature of the coronavirus. In the latter’s case, he compared the President to murderers in Washington D.C. he threw in prison.

This is a foreshadowing of events to come, should the Dems win in November.

The new Atty Gen will immediately begin "investigations". Unlike the current Atty Gen, it won't take years for indictments. Try months or weeks. And they will execute their "justice" quickly. At first, it will be long prison sentences, and eventually, look for the Left to all of a sudden find a new love for the death penalty.

The wet dream for the Left would be many of us on FR and elsewhere to be rounded up and punished for sedition and treason. This is not an exaggeration.

Strictly from a legal prospective it was an incredibly ignorant thing to say. Even if President Trump had gone on national TV and told American the coronavirus was a complete hoax and to ignore it, there is legally not a thing that could be done. Every federal official acting in their official capacity has nearly unlimited legal immunity to say anything they want, even if it’s wrong and even if it’s dumb, short of encouraging criminal activity or treason they can’t be prosecuted for anything they say. And elected officials such as Presidents, Senators and the like have even greater immunity than your average federal official.

Yeah because we are 1 to 2 weeks from many realizing nations leaders were distracted by the Democrats hate fest resulting in a failed attempt to convict on sham impeachment. PresidentTrump is doing the right thing from a public health perspective. The solution to stopping a genuine epidemic is not political. The same science that will stop the pathogen for left will stop it for the right the virus don’t know. What this shows me is that some of them have figured out - President Trump if he handles this just okay he emerges from this as a legend. Corna more than likely just nuked the Democrat party chances of having a majority in any branch for awhile. The whole time president Trump was warning about China and taking action the party of hate, the Democrats got in his way at every step.
