Could have been 2 months or two years and under interrogation he’d probably forget he was there for. The man has lost it, makes no sense and is the perfect leftist candidate.
He probably spoke to Chairman Mao and French President de Gaulle (both dead for forty years or more). Jimi Hendrix might have been in the same room when the conversation took place.
But if he did speak to some foreign leader two weeks ago—just imagine what that leader came away thinking!
