The doctor who exposed the CCP cover-up and informed the world about the deadly virus that was spreading in Wuhan is now missing.
Weeks after the Chinese government knew of the highly contagious disease spreading within their borders, the Communist Party’s leadership covered up and withheld information from their own citizens, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Early whistleblowers were censured, reprimanded, or went missing.
As the Daily Mail reported Dr. Ai Fen said she faced ‘unprecedented, extremely harsh reprimanded’ by officials at Wuhan Central Hospital after she shared a picture of a patient report labeled ‘SARS coronavirus’.
Dr. Ai gave an interview to a Chinese magazine criticizing the hospital’s management for dismissing the early warnings of the coronavirus but has not been seen since, 60 Minutes Australia reported.
The image that was shared by Dr. Ai Fen was widely circulated and made its way to whistle-blower Li Wenliang who raised the alarm about the bug, which has killed more than 41,000 people worldwide.
Dr. Li was reprimanded by authorities for ‘illegally spreading untruthful information online. Dr. Li Wenliang has since died, reportedly from the COVID-19 virus.
On Tuesday (March 24) China ended its lockdown of most of Hubei province. But Wuhan, the city in Hubei province where the coronavirus outbreak first began at the end of last year, will remain under lockdown until April 8, they said.
After two months of intense lockdowns and thousands of deaths, Hubei province reported zero local cases of COVID-19 for five days in a row starting on March 19, according to CNN. On Tuesday, Hubei province reported one new case: a doctor in Wuhan’s Hubei General Hospital.
However, locals are painting a different picture that suggests that China is not being completely honest about its COVID-19 numbers.
If a recently shared video by Jennifer Zeng on Twitter is any indication, the number of casualties in China due to the novel coronavirus pandemic may be way higher than the official figure that the Chinese government has released. Zeng apparently released a video of an infected patient who was denied treatment at an unidentified hospital in China as authorities wanted to maintain their “zero new cases” record.
Mainstream media fails to expose this cover-up that leads to thousand of deads worldwide but Americans will want to hell WHO responsible too.
Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) Tuesday called for a congressional inquiry into the World Health Organization (WHO) over its response to the coronavirus, accusing the group of “helping Communist China cover-up” the full extent of the virus’s spread.
Scott, a China critic, has voiced concerns about the relationship between the WHO and Beijing in the past and said the health organization “failed” to get adequate information from China out to the public.
“The mission of the WHO is to get public health information to the world so every country can make the best decisions to keep their citizens safe. When it comes to Coronavirus, the WHO failed. They need to be held accountable for their role in promoting misinformation and helping Communist China cover up a global pandemic,” Scott said in a statement.
A study released earlier this month found that if interventions in China has been “conducted one week, two weeks, or three weeks earlier, cases could have been reduced by 66 percent, 86 percent and 95 percent respectively – significantly limiting the geographical spread of the disease.”
