They don't want President Trump touting hydroxychloroquine because it is speeding up the recover time reducing the number of hospital beds required.
Hydroxychloroquine and other drugs with some precaution means we might be able to restart the USA next month.
Watch Wall Street take off next month. Also watch for companies looking to relocate supplies/products manufacturing from China.

The article reports 4000 seriously ill patients, that could be 4000 less deaths. We will know for sure once the case study is release.
How many more we do know about were successful in finding a Doctor that would treat with hydroxychloroquine against the Governor's orders?

So this very safe drug is not preventing doctors from prescribing something else but in this case there is NOTHING ELSE! Maybe the drug works and you don’t have to go to the hospital and be put on ventilation or it doesn’t work and you have to go on ventilation vs you go on ventilation and probably die.
