Thanks yeah I know that concept ... but I've yet to hear it said specifically about this that small exposure out in the world might be good and a way to prevent it.

Up til now it's all been 'watch out for that aerosolized covid!'

This would suggest breathing in a little Covid air, but not air full of droplets, is a good thing. That's my point. That you'd be wise to walk through a hospital, but certainly not french kiss a covid patient, and that walking through a hospital now is smarter than avoiding such things.

Until now, I had not heard that specifically expressed.

For example, this was not a good way to try to vaccinate oneself against polio.
