Thats exactly how I thought he meant it, he meant "Getting it into" the lungs when he said that. The sentence right after that shows you what he was talking about, the lungs. Maybe an aerosolized surface disinfectant of some sort. Later when pressed, he said not injected but more of a cleaning....
