Q1. Are the majority of gun controllers pro-choice?
Q2. If Q1 is true, is this hypocritical?
I go to the HIGHLY GUARDED (lest any irrelevant but dangerous pro-lifers go in trying to dissuade women from having abortions) Kaiser Permanente HMO in California, a sign on the wall says "No Lethal Weapons Allowed" -- except Dilation and curettage (D&C) and Vacuum Aspirators, the equipment used for abortion.
It is not “pro-choice.”
It is pro-abortion.
I know they scream about choices with their bodies, but want us to wear masks.
They aren’t necessarily hypocritical. They may just be control freaks. Guns can be messy. Pregnancy and babies can be messy. The motivation is evil, but not necessarily inconsistent.
When it comes to gun ownership, education, social security and health care, I am very pro-choice. The Left is pro-abortion
Pro abortion = anti- capital punishment
Pro abortion does not always equate to anti gun.
AFAIK, unless the child is wanted, many pro-aborts just consider it a parasite, as it cannot live on it’s own, it only lives through it’s association with the woman.
Do you mean like pro-school choice? Or choosing to carry a revolver or an auto?

Hypocrisy is the defining characteristic of a liberal.
You don’t need to pair these two items together.
I agree that there are multiple contradictory positions that leftists take.
And the charges of hypocrisy are water off the ducks back. It’s pointless and won’t change anything
Whenever we use the term “pro-choice,” we make the pro-aborts’ job easier for them.
Or pro-life and pro-death penalty.
I think there are a large number of pro-choice libertarians that do not want gun control, and there are probably a fair number of pro-choice democrats that do not like gun control as well, so I don’t think it is as clear cut of a connection as the original post implies. There is a lot of gun ownership out there in both parties.
I used to assume that all gun owners were not democrats, but learned over time that many democrats do in fact support their own gun ownership (just not guns they don’t like, or population groups they do not want to have them).
We are for innocent life. A baby in the womb is innocent. That child can’t rape or murder someone. That’s who we advocate the death penalty for, not children or our neighbors. Ted Bundy escaped numerous times during his murder rampage.
Leftists are evil. They want to kill the innocent and protect the guilty. They love power in the hands of government, and they hate how being armed makes us citizens and not subjects. If you’re looking for logic from the left, you are looking in the wrong place.
Indeed. If someone says they are pro-choice, simply tell them that deciding to carry a baby to full term is a choice...then watch their head explode.

Abortion rights means innocent babies die. Gun control means the innocent victims of crime die.
