What is this with gardens being illegal now?
She issued an Imperial Decree that stores of more than 50,000 square feet couldn’t sell “gardening supplies”, which some interpreted to include vegetable seeds.
In my area, it wasn’t enforced.
It cuts down on dependence on food stamps, I suppose.
