They use the term “punishment measures” as though they have jurisdiction in the state. Given they have no jurisdiction this could be a threat to their lives

America was not afraid to nuke the Japs. America totally blew keeping communism and Soviet influence out of Asia. The fledgling Chinese government and a-hole Stalin should have been sent a warning. The next country to use a nuke now will most likely NOT be the USA. Think about that.
