Renowned French researcher and physician posted this study today from Spain that found those who were essential workers and were out working actually were less infected than those who were cooped up at home in lockdown.

The lockdowns didn’t work as intended in Spain.

Anecdotal as hell, but...

I had all the symptoms but tested negative. Got sent home, and have been in my own little quarantine until the symptoms passed. That was two weeks ago. I’ve been out twice since, doing nothing more than going through a drive-thru or picking up stuff curbside. Result? First week, severe eye infection. Second week, severe gastrointestinal problems accompanied by a fever and a sinus infection. This is my third week and I’m debating going outside or not.

To me, it looks like staying inside is damn-near killing us.

1) The test was inaccurate

2) The test was accurate but you had the flu

Absolutely....Maybe that’s why the kids (and adults) aren’t getting it...they get outside and getting sterilized with those rays...even for a little while would be enough to kill the buggers.

Something like 2/3 of the hospitalized Wuhan Virus patients in NYC were folks who had been stating home. It was the single largest group hospitalized.

Apparently going to work every day and dealing with fellow commuters, co-workers, customers and clients was less risky in terms of a severe Wuhan Virus illness than was just staying home.

Possible reason? Random momentary passing contact with an infected person is far less risky than continuous confinement for days with someone who came back from the store five days ago, not realizing they were infected.

It has been said that farm kids have less allergies and get illnesses from bacterial and viral infections less often than city kids, with the possible reason that they are exposed to more bugs on the farm and develop a more robust set of antibodies than do city kids. If true, good long term health for kids, in terms of infections, is to NOT keep them in a sterile bubble.

I have read a number of times your immune bug fighting system NEEDS contact with the real world of millions of bacteria and viruses, IN ORDER TO BE HEALTHY. Without that the immune system’s effectiveness declines over time.

Get out, always, don’t stay shut in.
