I wonder if they do the same with outdoor basketball courts....
Ours are locked up if fenced, and the hoops have been removed from unfenced courts. Can't even go out for a solo shootaround. I've played recreation basketball 2-4 times most weeks for about 40 years and am suffering withdrawal!
