All these states have very low numbers.
Not public health problem numbers.
It is New York and eastern seaboard that has vastly higher numbers.
MN has 2.5 times the death rate of the Dakotas and 1.5 times WI.
So while they are all pretty low, MN sucks in this group and they are all middle American states.
