Read post #5. This is EXACTLY what my wife and daughter did this weekend in OHIO. They also reported lots of fellow NY licenses plates outside the restaurant they were dining.
In the case of IL, with all the states around them opening, I’ll bet there were traffic jams on I-65 and I-94 outbound this weekend. It will continue. Then enough of these good folks will eventually leave and not come back.
When I say ‘folks’, I’m including sports teams.
The state will began to lose what little tax revenue it has coming in. Eventually, unless outright Martial Law is enforced to keep residents IN the state, and yes Governor - I hope you’re reading this...
