As Twitchy reported earlier, a three-person appeals court panel gave Judge Emmet Sullivan ten days to put his cards on the table and explain his handling of the Department of Justice’s motion to drop its case against Michael Flynn.
One of those judges was an Obama appointee, but never mind that; Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse thought it would be a good idea to smear Judge Neomi Rao and then hit “Tweet.” You see, Rao was appointed by President Trump to replace Brett Kavanaugh,

This is a problem of the federal bench. Rich lawyers contribute to the President and their state senators and get appointed for life. A great retirement plan for blood suckers who have stumbled into a big case or two or the husband or wife of one.
We have, sadly, such a judge here in the SDOHIO Western Division, in Susan Dlott. A mediocre lawyer buried in a large firm, she hooked a fat, ugly, loud mouthed class action specialist (now disbarred but rich beyond description) and pillow talked her way to a Clinton purchased judgeship. Mourn the poor litigant in the SDOHIO if it is not on the left side of politics.
One court panel makes one ruling on one case, and suddenly they are the worst caricatures of their profession ever to have lived.

Many Federal judges retire between 67 and 72. She might be Resistance, and holding out against OrangeManBad.
