I have come to the belief that Democrat mayors are getting payoffs from the Mexican cartels. These big cities are the distribution centers for the national drug trade. The mayors are paid to look the other way. They let the gangs do the “policing” among themselves so that the police don’t have to have to much interaction with the gangs. This is why the murder rate never goes down. Sickening.
Well I have seen it suggested that certain Chicago aldermen on the west and south sides are in cahoots with the ruling street gangs.
