Yep and some of it is being spread by some gullible FReepers who fall for some of the propaganda. I’ve also noticed a couple of people who have newly registered at Free Republic near the time this public railroading began who seem to be putting a lot of effort into spreading FUD related to this case.
These NOOBS’ levels of effort at their misinformation campaigns approaches the JIHAD level. But they do a pretty good job at camouflaging themselves by not “sticking out” too much.

You don’t need to physically attack a person to get charged with aggravated assault.
Don’t confuse aggravate assault with battery
I'm aware that in the peculiar version of English known as "Law English", "Assault" does not mean what the vast majority of people understand the word to mean.
In the context in which I used the word, I was intending it to be understood by normal English speakers, and not using the special definition the Law people use for the word.

Actually, they assaulter him, that is why they are charged with it. Since they assaulted him with a firearm, Arbery had every right to defend himself, including firing back and killing them in self defense.
This is a simple case.
They should be charged with "witchcraft" for all the sense it makes. These are phoney baloney, put up fake charges filed only to appease the people screaming for the government to "do something." They have no merit and are ridiculous on the face of them.

This is a simple case.
Yes it is. Piece of sh*t Arbery attacked a man, and was killed in the struggle for the weapon.
The killing was a justifiable homicide through self defense, and the world is better off without Ahmed.
The only tragedy in this case is the abuse of power by the government to create a show trial to appease the screamers.
