As of this writing, protests are still going on in Minneapolis over the death of Geroge Floyd, who died in police custody Monday. Reporter Ricardo Lopez is there and says police cars are getting trashed Thursday afternoon as police try to protect businesses, some of which have put signs like “This is a black-owned business” up in their windows to try to stave off looters.

For those asking where the cops are, they are across the street protecting the 3rd precinct police building from a large crowd that's right outside.

I haven’t seen anything like that since all those white Minneapolis residents burned a Whole Foods and Panera Bread to the ground after Australian Justine Damond was shot by a Somalian police officer in 2017.

Michelle Obama would call that a sign of “Discount Deserts” in the Urban community. “They keep trying to run away from the Black consumer. What’s going on?”
What is to keep EVERY business from putting that sign up?

By all accounts they looted a Target, Aldi and Cub? Foods and torched a Wendy’s. Watch as they now scream about a food dessert.

I understand the anger, but I do not at all find the trashing, burning, & looting of businesses anything other than anarchy.

If “this is a white-owned business” signs ever started popping up, the story would be leading every news broadcast and the FBI would be investigating.
