Sometimes the conspiracy theories are the only things that make any sense. I think it was staged for media consumption and went south. I don’t think Floyd was supposed to die (or he’s not really dead). They knew each other, but acted like they didn’t. Something is not right.
We do not have all the evidence. It is sick to jump to conclusions based on select video segments.
Just remember, Minneapolis has been under Democratic mayors for decades.
The current Democratic mayor appointed the black chief of police with full support of city council.
Will the protesters vote Democrats out of office?

No it isn’t. The cop violated training, and Floyd died. You are still legally culpable for deaths that happen while you’re doing something wrong. It’s the old heart attack during a bank robbery thing. The best case scenario for the cops is contributory negligence.
Watching this video and assuming the police side of the story, then the officer on the near side is pulling and assume the officers on the far side were pushing. Then at some point Floyd launches himself back out the far side.
What is clear to me is that Floyd was in the car during this video. You have an officer on the near side as well as a couple on the far side.
As far as floyd launching himself out the far side, with two officers pushing, seems far fetched but not out of the realm of possibility.
The video obviously shows both sides of the car but the zooming in editing cuts off the far side during crucial moments. Where is this video without the zooming? That would be the golden goose.
THAT is what I believe, also. The failure of the police to acknowledge the medical stress is the real fault in this.

I think you’d be wise to take what the owner said with skepticism. She also said the cop was racist towards blacks yet she still kept him employed for 17 years. The interview was very self serving. SHE ALSO SAID THEY WORKED THE SAME SHIFTS SO YOU ARE JUST WRONG.
My favorite part is the “no one can see what’s going on in the car, so he’s being being beaten because, bad cops”.
What’s collapsing is the media narrative that Floyd was killed by the cop kneeling on his neck. That is the main cause of the rioting. The prelim autopsy report stated he did not die from asphyxiation or loss of blood flow. Too bad the media has already jumped to a conclusion so facts are no longer important.
