This decision will be of some interest to the bank where Abumayyleh deposits his business income. He may choose to accept bad paper, but it’s unlikely they’ll do the same.

Common sense says yes, thats exactly what he's telegraphing.

Wonder how long before his business is deluged with counterfeit payment, that he then tries to deposit into his bank. Think they'll keep him as a customer for long, and everything else that would cascade from that point?
