I was muted an unable to speak. It was an online meeting.

Most of the minority employees work in the distribution center several miles from the office. I spend a good deal of time there. I doubt she’s ever been there.

I know about half of the employees there by name. Many of the office people see them as nameless faceless forklift drivers.

My sister has taught inner city Baltimore minority kids for over a decade. The interesting thing she has observed is that both the teachers and kids score quite conservative on the Conservative-Liberal spectrum. They are always shocked to learn that. But the teachers and admins still vote Dem every time and the kids still hate Trump.

There is little critical reasoning capability to connect 50 - 70 years of failed Dem “leadership” and the misery afflicting the poor in the country.
