Live by the looters...die by the looters.
Food deserts...just racism!!!
Mayor Lesbo is dumber than a bag of rocks....PERFECT for the DUMBASS THUGS in Chicago!!
Bravo for your perfect insight into the DemonRAT strategy for power. While you were writing your comments, I wrote this:
These Dem mayors know that the National Guard would shut down these demonstrations. Those looters and property destroyers are wanted by these Dem politicians. They know it will kill the businesses already to the breaking point because of the COVID-19 lock-downs. They know that the anarchists, using the cover of Floyds murder protests, will take out the Capitalist sector. This is what the Left has wanted for decades. It wants to destroy Capitalism by destroying the rule of law required by the commercial sector.
President Trump loves our police. Police racism is, and has been, a phony issue used by the Left. It is a way to hurt the image of the police as well as Trump, who loves and respects our police.
We have seen, when people know that the police have their hands tied behind they backs, how quickly they descend into violent anarchy that destroys the business sector. The business sector is the main target. The National Guard ensures that the police arent overpowered and the destruction continues. These DemonRATs want the destruction to kill the economy so they can use it to hurt President Trump. It reveals their willingness to allow severe damage to peoples lives in order to get power. The COVID-19 lock-downs failed to do it and now they are pouring gas on the fire to make it happen here.
I live in a community of around 30K and if you ignore domestic and alcohol related crimes there is maybe 1 violent crime per year. Even with the very low crime the local Wal-Mart posted 500K in “shrink” or merchandise they could not account for in a one year period of time. I can only imagine what it is like in the inner city.
I don’t think Lightfoot is that far-thinking to be trying to advance Communism.
This is just a chance to tear-up the report card of failure, and to shred the IOU’s for the money already spent.
What’s inside the Walmart doesn’t really matter to her. It’s going to be all of that fresh Bread coming from Whitey to support the recovery from all this that is going to be of interest to her.
There really are two Americas. I hope the red pill is starting to work.
Pritzker and his partners in crime want to destroy Illinois so that they can personally profit. One can only hope that Karma gets to Pritzker soon, in the form of how the French Revolution turned on itself.
Those businesses will capitulate or face racism charges
The idea that the police are racists is the biggest scam in history.
Wally won’t have a problem.
Shrinkage losses are tax deductible.
That needs to end.
Sorry Lori, I choose to live in a white centric neighborhood where safety is valued and people are civil to each other.
If they don’t rebuild the burned out stores, the former customers of those stores will come to the stores in your neighborhood...not all of them, but enough to impact your local economy.
“If they dont rebuild the burned out stores, the former customers of those stores will come to the stores in your neighborhood...”
Yes and no. According to what I read in my MBA class, when a food desert develops the people living in that desert end up paying substantially more for less quality and variety at the gas station/grocery model businesses. Sales of food items at those stores will climb substantially even though the items themselves are all substantially more expensive. I am sure a lot of this is because of convenience but some of it probably has to do with the fact the customer’s aren’t spending money they earned. They use SNAP and other programs that issue credit card style payments.
I had to stop in a food desert area for a car problem. The Korean gas/grocery store had a wall of refrigerators featuring TV style microwave food of a type I had never seen in a similar store. The Korean and his family were behind a bullet proof enclosure with slits in it. The wall outside was lined with black men leaning against it drinking beer and smoking pot. Amazingly, I was not challenged. It was about eleven in the morning. I suspect that had it been night the story would have ended differently. My buddy stopped and helped me get the antique car running again and we got away safely.
Wal-Mart and every business that can should pull out of those cities that allowed the crazies to destroy their stores.
Chicago is simply not a good atmosphere for doing business.
No doubt, a civil war is on the horizon, between those who stand by the Constitution and those who would tear it down.
Mayor Lesbo is dumber than a bag of rocks
It is a mistake to automatically think someone is “dumb” because you do not understand their reason for doing what they are doing.
These mayors may be misguided or simply just corrupt. Either way no one becomes a mayor of a large city by being dumb. They become mayor because they have someone (or group of someone) that provide money and instructions.
Bottom line, the mayor is not making these decisions, she is just the face. The Democrats have learned to use “people of color and/or woman” as the face of the party. This goes a long ways in protecting them from criticism. It is a mistake to think the figurehead is making these decisions.
If they were, at least some of them would make the sane decision to end the riots. Instead they are all following the same playbook.
Walmart should send a very public notice to da Mayoresse.
“Hope all the Walmart shoppers in Chicago who voted for you and your council enjoy only being able to get the great deals and employment from Walmart by leaving the city, or by mail order. Sorry if that takes a big bite out of your city budget’s tax revenues, but we want all your voters to know that you and the council did this to them, took from them, and now will push to raise their taxes again to pay for it.
“Granted, all this November elections will allow the voters to do is replace the defective Aldermen currently sitting with new ones, but we hope that when they do so we can return.”
