Exactly. From pre-Civil War slavery to the 13-15th Amendments, to Woodrow Wilson, the Klanbake, the Civil Rights era, Robert Byrd, abortion mills in black neighborhoods . . . all point to historic Democratic racism that the GOP should pound at every opportunity.
