On today's Morning Joe, Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson said "it’s hard to convince me that there’s not systemic racism in our policing" given that Dylann Roof, the white killer of nine black people in a Charleston church, was taken alive, whereas Rayshard Brooks was killed in Atlanta in the course of his arrest.
But have a look at this news article which includes video of Roof's arrest, and states, "the video confirms the Shelby police department’s account that Roof surrendered meekly after he was approached by officers."

If Rayshard Brooks handled his arrest the same way Dylann Roof did, the odds are excellent he’d be alive today.

The democrat controlled media deliberate miss portraying the six foot seven inch 200 plus pound Floyd as an innocent black who was being forceably restrained because he was black not because he was resisting arrest.When He was legitimately arrested for passing a counterfeit $20 dollar bill he was resisting arrest and was a threat if not secured. But the media was not mentioning his size or reporting that Floyd was removed from a squad car because he was acting up under the influence of drugs and also later was discovered to have COVID 19. Which suggests his physical condition may have led to his death which the media turned into a murder change and a charge of serious abuse by police because of police efforts that were tried to get him who under control. If Obama had urged blacks to believe in the justice system and comply with the police would we be confronting his use of creating racial division now ?
The results of politically induced miss reporting incidents where blacks have resisted legitimate arrest began to be used earlier during and after the post Zimmmerman trial, then on to the Ferguson episode. Obama’s abuse of the “Bully Pulpit” which seemed to promote resistance to legitimate arrest led to black gangs attacking non blacks found innocently traversing black neighborhoods and to a score of murders or life changing injuries and later attacks of theft and vandalism on local businesses as well as attacks and murders of police officers during that period
Maybe it proves that if you don't fight with the police and try to take their guns you can survive being arrested.

Yes he did- surrendered peacefully after being stopped in his car- didn’t grab a taser and shoot it at police- didn’t fight with police while high on a drug that likely killed floyd- didn’t beat the hell out of the police and try to get their gun- He surrendered peacefully, without incident-

Last year, between six and seven hundred white people were not taken alive by police. As I recall, the total killed by police was about 1,040, with approximately 25% being black.
Kind of hard to apprehend someone alive after they have shot themselves in the head...
i mentioned last night to a liberal that I had seen a video where, for every black person killed by a cop, there was a white person who was killed by a cop the exact same way.
They then insisted they had never seen anybody argue that blacks get treated differently than whites by cops.
I then mentioned Dylann Roof, and they said they don’t ever see that in reddit groups and their progressive circles, and wondered what strange fringe stuff I was reading.
Now I can say “Well, the Washington Post”.
