The left and BLM doesn’t care about black lives.
If it did - Chicago would be fixed. And abortion mills wouldn’t be in primary minority neighborhoods.
I’m guessing that abortion mills are in larger cities where the clients are. There is a PP office near me that it’s in a suburban neighborhood.
