Biden isn’t the issue here. The problem will be the Marxist who gets in the ticket as they will be elevated to the Presidency within 90 days of the inauguration. .

I’ll take Trump with all his flaws any day over the usual milquetoast Republican.

I pray that this spillage of blood doesn't have to happen, but America is not Tsarist Russia in 1918. We have tasted and grown in freedom. We aren't trying to throw off the yoke of a Royal family, or serfdom, or an existence in which food is hard to come by. We live, in many ways, in the land of milk and honey. The poorest among us live better than a vast number of other people in the world - including those in socialist/Communist Venezuela and Cuba. It won't be possible for the left to entice the population in the same way they did in places that did not ever taste true freedom.
Threaten our freedom, and ultimately you will die. Many of us may die too, but not enough for the enemies of freedom to win. They are driven by hate, envy, and hubris, and they will fail - miserably.

That is something to do some hard thinking about. Make no mistakes the party choices will probably be for the Dems a Globalist who hates the U.S. and our core values, and for the Republicans a Globalist who gives lip service to our core values. It would be a pipe dream to think a third party could offer a candidate with a chance of taking the election.
What makes the latter choice better? Will I happen to think it is safer for our republic if everyone in D.C. is not enjoying an immense circle jerk. Better the brakes get applied once in awhile. Plus there is a better chance that the person who actually knows our core values starts acting on those than the person who despises them from the start.
There’s nothing wrong with dynasties if the people in them are of stellar quality.

I won’t speak for anybody else, but my “Hope” has nothing to do with temporal politics. Inasmuch, as the author and those who share his view and feel they the need for some earthly messiah — well, that’s just sad.
It’s interesting that elitists stamp trump with the goon lable. However, foreign visitors to the White House find him a cultured individual, easy to get along with, and no moron.
What is sad, truly and profoundly sad, is that in a nation with our proud traditions and culture (flawed though they may be), and with 325 million people, that we have to depend upon the political success of one individual to “save the nation.” All that this means is that come 1/20/2025, regardless of who wins the election from whichever party, our nation is essentially done.
It didn’t take long - if it takes until then it will be only 101 years and a few months after my grandfather got off of the boat from Russia, running away from the very collectivist bacillus that currently infects this country. The thing is, there’s nowhere else for me to go - there is no country now equivalent to the America of the early ‘20s as a refuge for those craving a safe place with plentiful liberty in which to live and to raise a family. My grandfather and my father are probably spinning in their graves right about now.
Biden won’t be POTUS for more than a year or so if he’s elected - the “rumors” of his declining mental capacity will start from within his administration within 6 months of his assuming office, and the cabinet will evict him via the 25th Amendment not long after that - paving the way for whichever hard Leftist that is chosen to be the VP. It’ll probably be someone like Harris, and I truly fear the results if anyone like her becomes POTUS. Look for an almost immediate declaration of emergency which (naturally) will see the inventory of every firearms dealer seized by the feds, and a mandatory turn-in of all firearms by civilians. That’s step #1, and if they get away with it, we’ll be living in a version of China or East Germany.
