You may be right but in a 13 second snippet it's difficult to determine the context. Fox example, I can say that for Trump to win this fall, we need to actively work to get this done by talking to people, voting, getting others to vote etc. We need to do this on our own, we don't need to wait for help from above to work on our own to get this done.
FWIW, I loathe Fredo but we too have been the victims of this type of thing. That doesn't make it right when we do it.
