A judge is supposed to be impartial. Judge Emmett Sullivan is anything but impartial. The DOJ has dropped all charges, meaning that there is nobody prosecuting him, but democrat Emmett Sullivan wants to become his prosecutor. When there is no charges against a man, how does a judge hold the man? General Flynn will be exonerated in the end, but democrat Emmett Sullivan wants to keep this going for it’s effect on the November 2020 election. He is a real slob.
People have this all wrong. They prosecuted him for lying when he said he was lying before the Court. They knew he wasn’t telling the truth because they had the transcripts but there he was signing documents that he lied. What a liar.
