I think something like this will start to be implemented by law in the next few years.

Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) is a racially selective programme launched by the South African government to redress the inequalities of Apartheid by giving black (African, Coloureds, Indians and Chinese) South African citizens economic privileges that are not available to White South Africans.

Reverse discrimination has been there for decades. Back in 1988 I applied to be a Vanderbilt Police Officer. Studied hard, aced the test and...nothing. Operating a store on the edge of campus I soon saw they hired a black man, a white woman and a black woman (Ding ding, a twofer!). No justice - just us.
