Naaa. This is the Elijah Cummings stomping grounds...
I’d suggest starting with his widow and work from there. But since this is Maryland and they’re a highly “protected species”, all bets are off on any prosecution, arrests, etc....let alone any recovery of funds.

Anyone here have high confidence this money will be recovered? No, but I have exceedingly high confidence that they had someone on the inside to help process the fraudulent claims.
