I’m not sure that answers my question: Has Roberts voted similar to Obama judges, overall, or not? Souter (a Bush-Sr. appointee) certainly did...but has Roberts?
On issues that don't interfere with the leftest agenda he looks conservative, on issues that dare question the very foundation of the Republic, not so much.
You may not remember Souter as the polemicists who destroyed the TAKINGS clauses of the constitution - It is seminal decisions that change the country - OBAMACARE as a TAX and not a COMMERCE clause decision falls into that SEMINAL change the country - certainly during our lifetimes (Possibly WAY into the future)- into something other than a REPUBLIC
