You’re in a car doing nothing wrong. Someone in a rioting mob shoots at you. You need to get out of there fast. You step on the gas to avoid being shot. That is your right, and no one can take it away from you.
You have the right to drive away fast. Your life is in danger. Suppose other members of the mob are in the way. That is an unintended consequence of your driving to safety. You are not morally or ethically responsible for their injuries or deaths. Unless you run over some random White, you will be tracked down and arrested, and your conviction is a sure thing.
No doubt the person in the car is driving to or from WORK, which he/she is obliged to do to pay the TAXES that are supporting the rioters, and that’s why his/her life doesn’t count as far as democrats are concerned.
