Mrs. Eagle and I are in our late 50s and early 60s and we found it endearing that our kids and grandkids were offering to shop for us and leave meals on our doorstep early on in the pandemic.

Last week we went camping with them and nobody ever wore a mask or was worried about distancing or any of that other crapola.

Spoiler alert. We're still alive!

This is what I have been trying to get across all along.

In the end, you will see that may it be Germany, Sweden, the US, UK or Canada, a similar percentage of the population will eventually be exposed.

Herd immunity is a reality even without a vaccine and it is what will eventually stop the spread. All we accomplished is slowing things down, then just to see them pick back up when we lifted the lock down, and now with all these ridiculous measures we are slowing it down a bit, but in the end, the numbers will be near identical. Only we destroyed 1/3 of our economy and have to deal with the aftermath of all sorts of other issues.

We should have sheltered those at risk. For the rest of us it should have been business as usual. Once the disease passes those at risk can come out. Instead we had in some cases policies that actually exposed those at risk, example Quomo requiring covid positive folks to be returned to senior living facilities. Our actions delayed the inevitable and those at risk are MORE likely to be exposed since over a longer time there are more opportunities for exposure.

When it’s all over, we will have WORSE fatality rates than places like Sweden, as in deaths per 100,000. The total number exposed will be about the same. But we will have self destructed economically and lived liked worms for 6 months.

Yippie, great doing NIH, FDA and CDC!

Some foods in Sweden are fortified with vitamin D. As far as I can tell, the UK doesn’t have vitamin D fortification. Vitamin D levels make a difference with COVID 19.

Sweden was predicted by the “flatten the curve” charts that were touted back in March. The “don’t-do” curve rises much higher, but then drops to nearly zero much faster than the flattened curve. The goal back then, of keeping emergency rooms from being overwhelmed, made some sense. What’s going on now is nonsense.

Look at the average fat body couch ape in theUS. Then look at the physical condition of Sweden.

All of those around here preaching about how Sweden did it forget that MOST of America is fat and sickly.

Sweden 569 deaths per million

USA 477 deaths per million

We are in a cluster of the worst countries along with some major Western European countries and Latin America. I think a lot of it was going to happen no matter what we did, and we shut down and destroyed millions of people’s futures for nothing.

50% of America is no longer interested in hearing the truth and they will eat up whatever propaganda mainstream media serves them.

“ Finally, it’s kind of hard to argue that COVID-19 has been some kind of a disaster for the Swedes given that they’ve actually had fewer overall fatalities than normal.”

That’s the important bit.

Sweden has a lot going for it, but their economy is somewhat suffering too; down 6% GDP this last quarter.
