If the election hasn’t been called by January 20th wouldn’t that mean that the House of Representatives hasn’t been elected either?What do you mean by the election "being called", and what does that have to do with the State Legislatures appointing Electors and teh Electoral College electing a President on December 15?

The premise of Tribe’s scenario is that the popular vote will not be settled in time for electors to be designated. Tribe leaps from there to the Speaker being sworn in as POTUS On January 20th. He didn’t consider the states each chosing their own elector. I think 🤔
