This riot is an easy one to prevent; declare a "no mask" law as some Southern states have had in place to prevent the Democrat Ku Klux Klan from holding rallies.
The inability to wear a mask, even without the Wuhanic Plague scamdemic, will keep a lot of them from rioting because their face will be plastered all over the internet.
Order a Coronavirus quarantine of a duration to match the state the rioters are coming from. They can't argue against the quarantine if their own state has it.
It will also force states such as New York (which is currently pulling over motor vehicles entering New York City to enforce illegal quarantine rules) to either drop their quarantine shutdown or watch their Democrat Brown Shirts get arrested and fined (of an amount to match New York's fines up to $10,000).
They should promise unconditional pardons to anybody who assaults faggyfa
