If they wanted to put down the riots and fairly and legally enforce the law, they would do it. They have the law on their side. They have the OATH they swore to. Should they wish to enforce the law fairly and impartially as it was written,they would find a way. As it is now, the mayors and governors are dictators. Arrest these. Don’t arrest those. If this what you want.Fine! But what will happen when the directive goes out to arrest the group you are in? And sooner or later it will. It may take a while, but it will get there. Myself, I preferred to live where we had laws that applied to every Tom. Dick, Harry, and Jane equally. Which is not the case now. It could be if the People raised Hell. But the People are not going to raise Hell. Plus there is an election coming in November and if your elected Representative ignores you, vote him/her out of Office.

If you're right and it looks like you may be that would put the shooter on a dark street where most of the BLM/Antifa tend to wear black/dark clothes. His back pack would make him highly visible from a roof top or upper level window.
