Yes, that’s when he first filed his suit but then it went on for a long time. I know, 2005 doesn’t seem like 15 years ago for some reason. Next year will be the 20th anniversary of the 911 attacks which is equally hard to believe. I remember every detail of what I did that day and I was in Manhattan when it happened, delivering spring water for Poland spring water. I was parked on 5th ave by 82nd street and this guy came up to me and said “Check it out, some drunk pilot crashed his plane into the World trade center” and even all the way up there you could see the smoke and from there it got more crazy.

I was working in Manhattan that day. That might you could still see the black smoke even from Long Island.
