It is all subliminal advertising. If you notice, black faces are seen in many commercials the second some ads begins.
I recall reading an article maybe 10 or so years ago in which advertising execs were featured and many were females. One woman said that the future of ads was how they (the ad execs) see the world through their experiences. Considering the companies were based in places like Boston and New York and the execs were overwhelmingly females, well, i think you just got the answer.

Art is supposed to be creativity motivated by our souls. In so many ways, that has ceased to be what (is now called) art actually is. Art, like true justice, is supposed to be blind to biases and prejudices.
